Armour Home Inspection is pleased to be a Home Systems Warranty inspector. If you are interested in the Home Systems Warranty, please advise me when booking your appointment. I will fill out the inspection form the warranty company requires to consider your home for warranty. There is no extra cost to you and the extra paper work only takes me between 5-10 minutes to fill out.

The warranty is a feature I wanted my clients to know about and have the option to purchase because if you are buying a home or condo for the first time, money can be tight for the first few years and you never know when a washer/dryer, furnace etc may break down. They are usually costly to fix and most new home owners do not have the extra cash set aside to pay for those repairs. That's where the Home Systems Warranty would come into play. It gives you worry free living for the first year or 3 years depending on what warranty option you choose.

Armour Home Inspection does not sell you the warranty or have anything to do with the policies or company that administers or sells the policies. We only fill out the inspection form while conducting a full home inspection and make it available to the warranty company IF and only if you apply for the warranty. That's it.
