 Inspection Tools: >>

Having the proper tools for any job is a necessity! Armour Home Inspection has invested a lot of money to ensure we have the best tools available to confirm our visual findings while doing an inspection. These tools are not used to perform a technically exhaustive inspection as that would be beyond the normal scope of a home inspection. Instead these tools are used to confirm my visual findings only.

Have a look at some of the high quality tools I may use during the inspection process if required:

Ryan Ervanowitz

Moisture Meter, Powerful lights, inspection mirror, Live Wire detector, Gas Sniffer, Clamp Meter, Humidity meter, HP Ipaq Handheld computer, Digital Compass, SureTest Circuit tester, water pressure guage, Infrared thermometer, Sony Super Steady Shot DSC-H2 Digital Camera plus many other tools.

Moisture Meter
The Protimeter Aquant is used to assess and monitor the relative moisture level of building materials including plaster, drywall, masonry, concrete and fiberglass (GRP). It is ideal for checking the relative moisture condition of building elements such as solid walls and floors prior to more rigorous and time-consuming investigative procedures that may be required. The Aquant can be used to detect the presence of moisture behind floor and wall coverings such as ceramic tile and vinyl floor coverings.

The Fluke 321 and 322 are designed to verify the presence of load current, AC voltage and continuity of circuits, switches, fuses and contacts. These small and rugged clamp meters are ideally suited for current measurements up to 400 A in tight cable compartments. The Fluke 322 also offers DC voltage measurements and has a higher resolution for loads below 40 A.
