     Ryan Ervanowitz

Certified, trained and insured Home Inspector

Finding a good inspector with the proper training can be tough!!
I have the training, experience and certifications required to be the best Inspector in Nova Scotia and the ongoing training never stops. I enroll in courses every year to ensure I can provide the best up to date services to my valued clients. I'm here to work for you.

Some information about me:

  • Lifetime resident of HRM. I know the areas, the climate and the problems unique to Nova Scotia.

  • Home Inspection Business Owner for 3 years now.

  • Home Inspection College Graduate with Honors from Humber College. All final exams were written and monitored at NSCC

  • Experience building residential homes.

  • Volunteer Builder with Habitat for Humanity.

  • WETT training (Code Compliance)

The main type of report I use is a narrative type report. I do not believe in giving my clients a check box type of report. You hire me to use my skills and trade to explain the problems/defects, how they affect the home and how to resolve the problems. I do this in a professionally formatted report with full detailed colour photos pointing out the problems so the report is clear and precise. I believe the reporting method used is the best in the industry.

Responsible Business;

I believe education, leadership, community support and environmentally responsible  business practice is the key to a successful business.

  • I will give back to my community by volunteering time & skill to help build homes for Habitat for Humanity during summer months.

Armour Home Inspection is Environmentally friendly leaving a low carbon foot print. Steps we take to lower the business impact on the environment are;

  • I use a portable PDA device for inputting data instead of using paper, pen and ink.
  • Electronic PDF reports are created and emailed to clients instead of printing them on paper.
  • We use digital photography to save the earth from photo processing chemicals and photo paper that eventually gets discarded.
  • The business vehicle driven is a 5 cylinder GMC Canyon truck to reduce fuel consumption.

 By supporting my business, you are supporting our community, our environment and education.

100% of your fees paid stay right here in Nova Scotia.
Independently owned and operated in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Armour Home Inspection is not a franchise.
